Her teaching is rooted in a steady personal practice and a belief in yoga as a powerful tool for balance, resilience, and overall well-being. She practices and teaches yoga to help calm both body and mind amid the stresses of everyday life. Yoga is an essential part of her self-care, supporting recovery from work, strength training, and running. Through mindful movement and breath, Laura creates space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect inward, while supporting sustainable strength and injury prevention. Teaching is just as meaningful to Laura as practicing. She loves sharing these tools and guiding students in exploring how movement, breath, and awareness can support their own well-being.
