Full Moon Sound Baths
This is your invitation to rest, restore, and reconnect with yourself beneath the rhythm of the moon.
Each month, we’ll gather under the energy of a full moon for a 90-minute sound journey guided by Marci & Andrea. Through crystal bowls, voice, chimes, and guided rest, you’ll soften tension, soothe your nervous system, and return to inner harmony—held in the warmth of community.

Valentine's Partner Yoga
Saturday, February 14 from 4:30–5:45 PM
$40 per pair
Partner Yoga is an invitation to move with someone—sharing balance, breath, and support as you explore connection through gentle, playful and grounding yoga. We’ll move apart and come back together, noticing how trust, communication, and presence live in the body.
The word partner is intentionally open here. Bring a romantic partner, a close friend, a family member, or anyone you’d like to share space and movement with. This practice is about connection in all its forms.
No prior yoga experience needed—just a willingness to show up together.

Foundations of Yoga: A Beginner's Series
Sundays, January 11 through February 8 | 9-10:15 AM
$20/session or $108 for the full series
Start your new year knowing you are held. This five-week series is designed with absolute beginners in mind—an inviting, judgment-free space where you can learn the foundations of yoga with support, clarity, and compassion. You don’t need experience. You don’t need flexibility. You don’t need to know a single thing before you arrive. Truly.
Together, we’ll move slowly through the basics: how to breathe with more ease, how to feel grounded in each shape, and how to listen to your body as it learns something new. This is a space where you can ask every question, try things at your own pace, and discover what feels good in your body.
If you’ve been wondering what yoga could be for you—or sensing that something nourishing has been missing—this series is a beautiful place to begin again, or begin for the first time.

Yoga at the Library
First Fridays, Beginning March 6, 11:30 AM (Free Community Program!)
You’re warmly invited to Yoga at the Library, a monthly gentle/chair yoga practice created to help you move with ease, breathe comfortably, and feel supported.
This free community class takes place at Cobleigh Library in Lyndonville. The practice will be slow, accessible, and welcoming, with many movements done seated or supported by a chair. It’s especially well-suited for seniors, those with limited mobility, or anyone who prefers a gentle pace.
No yoga experience is needed. No flexibility required. Just come as you are.
Classes are led by Andrea Thibaudeau, founder of Heart Space Yoga, whose teaching is rooted in compassion, accessibility, and care for every body. This is a space to move gently, connect with others, and enjoy a moment of calm together.
