Join us in Nature

This summer we are offering unique experiences that will help you reconnect with your natural roots!

Summer Hike Series   |   Yoga by the River   |   Camp Stillwater: A Summer Yoga Retreat by the Lake

Saturdays | 9:00–11:00 AM | June–September
Limited to 15 participants per hike

This summer, we invite you to slow down and step into the wild beauty just beyond our door. Threads of Connection is a 4-part guided hike series designed to weave together nature, movement, mindfulness, and community. Each gathering includes a short, local hike (30 minutes or less from St. Johnsbury), gentle self-care practices like breathwork or meditation, and space for reflection — all held with care by our studio team.

Each hike explores a different heart-centered theme, like Joy, Flow, Grounding, and Gratitude. These aren’t just walks — they’re invitations to return to yourself, supported by the stillness of the forest, the shimmer of water, and the quiet strength of community.

Whether you join for one hike or the full series, you’ll leave feeling more connected — to yourself, to the earth, and to the people around you.

A Benefit for Pathways Vermont

Wed, Jun 18 2025 · 5:30 pm – 6:45 pm
Heart Space Yoga Center, St. Johnsbury | Rain or shine

Join us for a peaceful outdoor yoga class along the river — a chance to breathe deeply, move gently, and reconnect with yourself in the fresh Vermont air. Surrounded by the sounds of water and birdsong, we’ll come together in community for a practice that nourishes the body and uplifts the heart.

In the event of rain, we’ll simply move indoors and keep the calm flowing.

This class is open to all levels and all bodies — come as you are.

All proceeds from this event will benefit Pathways Vermont in their mission to make a positive impact on the lives of Vermonters across the state who are experiencing homelessness, mental health or substance use challenges, and exiting incarceration and institutionalization.

Can’t attend but still want to support the cause? You’re welcome to donate — just let us know your gift is for Pathways Vermont, and we’ll include it with our total contribution.
