Seasonal Ayurveda-Inspired Cleanses
Spring is a time for renewal, a chance to shed what no longer serves us and make space for new energy. Join Andrea for a nourishing, Ayurveda-inspired Detox/Reboot program designed to support your body’s natural rhythms and help you feel more grounded, clear, and vibrant.
Over the course of three weeks (+ a fun little get together on week 4), you’ll learn about the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and how it can guide your body through gentle cleansing and rejuvenation. Through each week’s Zoom session, we’ll dive deep into creating sustainable shifts, nurturing your body with simple practices, and reflecting on what it means to return to balance.
- We hold two cleanses per year, one in Spring and one in Autumn.
- The cleanses take place on Zoom. Our Spring Cleanse is April 30 - May 21 Wednesday nights from 6:30 PM-8:00 PM.
- This cleanse is FOR YOU. It's for everyone. We honor that everyone's journey is different, and meet you where you are.
- Whether you're just starting out or have joined us before, our cleanses are welcoming and supportive for all.

The Spring Cleanse takes place from April 30 to May 21st via Zoom from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM each Wednesday.
- The final session will be a celebration at our studio location in St Johnsbury, but if you can’t make it in-person, we are happy to hold space for you via Zoom.
- All you need is a computer, phone, or tablet with working internet. While participation via video and voice is always encouraged, it is not mandatory. You’ll just need to be able to see and hear us.
- If you are unable to make the class times due to prior commitments, these sessions will be recorded and made available to you.

For First-Time Participants:
The full price of the 4-Week Spring Cleanse is $249. -
Cleanse Community Pricing:
After completing your first cleanse, you will automatically become part of our Cleanse Community. This means future seasonal cleanses will be available to you at a deeply discounted rate of $50. -
Sliding Scale Options:
We understand that financial barriers can be difficult, and we want to make this program accessible to all. If the cost of the program feels out of reach, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for sliding scale options through our financial assistance form, linked at the bottom of this page.

F.A.Q.
How do virtual classes work?
We will send you the information via email that will contain a link to our Zoom meeting room. You'll click the link at the start of our first meeting and follow the steps to get set up. It's super simple!
What equipment will I need?
All you really need is a device to access the program, whether it’s a computer, tablet, or phone. For the best experience, we recommend having a yoga mat and a couple of blocks on hand. If you're just starting out and don't have these yet, no worries—we can chat and help you figure out what might work best for you.
Will classes be recorded and accessible later?
Yes! While we strongly encourage you to be present for our live sessions, we understand that prior commitments can be a barrier, and we are happy to make these sessions available to you at your convenience.
What technology is required?
You’ll need a dependable device with internet access, along with a microphone and camera so we can connect easily during our virtual sessions.
Are there any materials I need for the Cleanse?
You will need a notebook and pen to take notes. We perform two rituals during the cleanse and for those you'll need a candle, a small clear glass cup or bowl, sea salt and a spoon. Optionally, Purium nutrients are available through Andrea ([email protected]).
