Emerging Hatha Yoga with Andrea

Somatic Release with Andrea

Somatic Release is a gentle, experiential practice designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and the body’s natural capacity to unwind and heal.

Through guided somatic practices, breath, and mindful movement, this class invites you to slow down and listen inward with curiosity and compassion. Rather than forcing change, we work with the body’s rhythms to release held tension, build trust in bodily wisdom, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence, safety, and integration.

Gentle Yoga is designed for those who need a light and nurturing practice. With simple postures, breath awareness, and guided relaxation, this class offers a safe place to move slowly, release tension, and support overall well-being.

This class is perfect if you’re new to yoga, living with health challenges, or seeking a calm and restorative practice. Every movement is optional and can be adapted, making space for you to honor your body exactly as it is.

Aligned Flow Yoga with Andrea

A mindful, heart-led practice that weaves together intention, meditation, breath, and functional movement to support your whole being — body, mind, and spirit.

Explore both the strength and softness within, we’ll offer progressions and regressions to meet you where you are. With a grounding in functional anatomy and a deep respect for the full range of human experience, we encourage you to move with awareness and reconnect with both your humanness and your innate connection to the Divine.
