RYT200 Yoga Teacher Training
& Embodied Life Enrichment

Our annual Yoga Teacher Training Program is more than a certification — it is a transformational journey back to your truest self. Through yoga practice, philosophy, nervous system support, somatic coaching, mentorship, and compassionate community, you will deepen your connection to yourself while growing into a more grounded, embodied, and empowered version of who you are.

  • You sense the disconnect in our world. You long for deep meaningful conversations and authentic expression. You want to develop your own unique gifts and help others to connect with their essence as well.
  • You’re ready to experience how yoga can provide a powerful and direct pathway toward healing, embodiment, and deeper self-connection.
  • You want to gently release patterns, conditioning and imagined limitations that keep you stuck, disconnected, or small.
  • You desire a compassionate, heart-centered community grounded in authenticity, safety, and support.
  • You feel called to deepen your understanding of yoga, meditation, nervous system regulation, and holistic wellness.
  • You’re curious about teaching yoga — now or in the future — and want to guide others from lived experience and embodimen
  • You are seeking transformation physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
Most Yoga Teacher Trainings teach sequencing, anatomy, philosophy, cueing, and postures. We teach those too. But our program also recognizes that growth and transformation can feel vulnerable to the nervous system.

As students step into greater visibility, confidence, and leadership, old protective patterns can surface — self-doubt, perfectionism, fear of being seen, people pleasing, overthinking, and imposter syndrome.
Our training is trauma-sensitive, somatically informed, and deeply integrative. Students are supported in understanding how the nervous system responds to growth, authentic expression, and leadership while learning tools to navigate that process with compassion and care.

Throughout the training, students receive individualized Somatic Coaching support woven into each module to help build self-awareness, nervous system regulation, authentic confidence, and sustainable transformation.

Students enrolled in the full RYT200 pathway will also participate in our signature Ayurvedic Rhythms Fall Reboot & Cleanse immersion, deepening their understanding of seasonal living, nourishment, rhythm, rest, and holistic wellness through direct experience and community support.

Our programs are designed to help you reconnect with your inner light, your voice, and your unique gifts while learning how to embody and share these practices in everyday life.

Our Yoga Teacher Training course will START THIS JULY- a self-paced summer learning experience designed to fit into busy schedules while still providing high-quality, Yoga Alliance–recommended education.

This foundational module will help you build a deeper understanding of the body, supporting both your personal yoga practice and your growth as a future teacher. It also creates the groundwork for the applied anatomy and physiology work you’ll explore later in the training journey.

Our program is honored to have earned a five-star rating with Yoga Alliance, a testament to the dedication and love we put into every part of this journey. We are so proud of our graduates, who continue to inspire us with the incredible things they’re doing for themselves and their communities. Their journeys are a beautiful reflection of the growth and transformation that happens here, and we’re grateful to be part of that.

How do virtual classes work?

We keep things simple and accessible. Once you’ve completed your registration, you’ll have access to our instructional dashboard, where all class materials will be available. Classes themselves are hosted on Zoom, making it easy to join from wherever you are.

What equipment will I need?

All you really need is a device to access the program, whether it’s a computer, tablet, or phone. For the best experience, we recommend having a yoga mat and a couple of blocks on hand. If you're just starting out and don't have these yet, no worries—we can chat and help you figure out what might work best for you.

Will classes be recorded and accessible later?

Great question! If you’re taking the program for Life Enrichment, everything you need will be available for you to access on the platform at your convenience. For those in the Yoga Certification Program, we are required to capture 20 live hours with each student, so you'll need to be present for the live Zoom sessions. Anything else we offer will be recorded and accessible for you to revisit anytime on the platform.

What technology is required?

You’ll need a dependable device with internet access, along with a microphone and camera so we can connect easily during our virtual sessions.

Through the Vermont Student Assistance Corporation (VSAC), you can receive a non-degree grant scholarship to fully cover the cost of this program. We’re so grateful to offer this opportunity, helping make the journey more accessible for those who feel called to it.

Where Your Practice Meets Your Purpose:

If your YTT journey is opening something tender and true in you—a desire to support others in deeper ways, to meet people not just in movement but in life—you might feel drawn to our Wellness Coach Certification. Some choose to pursue both trainings side by side as a dual path. Others arrive after YTT, ready to explore wellness coaching on its own. However your path unfolds, we’d love to walk with you.
