Dominique Meyers has had a lifelong love of yoga and the healing arts. On the mat, Dominique explores concepts of Myofascial Release and Functional Anatomy along with many influences from the contemporary yoga world.
Weaving together years of experience as a bodyworker, dancer and yoga practitioner her classes are creative and offer innovative ways to explore finding inner strength and creativity, mindfulness, and heart-centered self-expression.

All levels are welcome. Learn the postures with detailed alignment. Options will be offered to explore certain postures more deeply. Each person is encouraged to find that place of balance within that serves them the best and work from there.

All Levels Hatha Yoga
This 90-minute class will focus on traditional yoga postures done with precise alignment techniques, yogic breathing, meditation, and restorative poses that will leave you feeling refreshed and empowered. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, even if you can’t touch your toes, all the layers of your being will come alive through the exploration of yoga in this unique mixed level class.
